The recruitment process includes three stages:
- Phone interview
- Face-to-face interview including technical competency evaluation (e.g., 100-day plan presentation for technical roles or sales)
- Technical team meeting or sales lunch/dinner
New hires undergo a 3-6 months probation period.
Hire slow, fire past and hire for aptitude and attitude. If in doubt, don’t do it.
