DropJaw founder and Managing Partner, Roy Shelton, appointed to be course advisor on new Aston Business School programme – Help to Grow: Management.

Following a successful 5years supporting various programmes through Aston Business School, our founder Roy Shelton has now been appointed to support with a new programme to the school – Help to Grow: Management.

Help to Grow: Management is a programme shared across Aston Business School and other world-class business schools, accredited by the Small Business Charter. Covering core leadership areas, such as – strategy, innovation and financial management, this programme is delivered by leading small business and enterprise experts from Aston University, with the support of leading figures from industry and experienced entrepreneurs.

Roy has commented: “I’m looking forward to supporting this new programme with Aston and guiding many leaders within some of the country’s most exciting start-up and scale-up businesses. Acting as an advisor on these programmes runs in direct parallel to our core aim at DropJaw – helping business leaders to succeed!”

With the first cohort underway, we are excited to share the success stories of the programme in the coming months.

December 2021 Update

Roy Shelton comments: “DropJaw are delighted to have completed the mentoring of the of the first cohort on the #UKGOV Help to Grow Programme. We have now been appointed to support a further 4 cohorts over the course of the programme which sees 30,000 senior leaders taking part in a practical management training programme accredited by the Small Business Charter.”
