Dragon Information Systems Merges with Simplex IT Solutions to Launch Dragon Technology Group

We are excited to announce that Dragon has merged with Stafford-based Simplex IT Solutions, as part of a long-term strategy to expand our managed IT, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity services.

Both companies are now part of the newly formed Dragon Technology Group and bring together over 40 years’ combined experience operating in the IT services sector.

Dropjaw Ventures Group acted as catalyst and advisor on the transaction, bringing the two businesses together and guiding the deal from initial conversations through to completion.
